With the help of templates, you can save predefined texts (optionally with images and buttons) that you can send to users by command.
Creating a template is not difficult at all. Open bot settings and go to “Feedback module” -> “Templates”, then click on “Add template” and follow the instructions.

In our example, we have created the "welcome" template. If we now send /welcome or .welcome in the chat with a user (either as a reply to their message when topic mode is deactivated or in the user topic), the bot sends our predefined message to the user instead of the command:
