If you have a channel and want to welcome and interact better with your subscribers, connect a Modular bot to Channel Help!
As shown in the video, the welcome process in a channel consists of these steps:
User requests access to the channel
Your custom bot sends the user the captcha to solve
The user solves the captcha and is approved in the channel
Your custom bot sends the user the welcome post with buttons that start the Modular functions
At this point any user interaction with the custom bot will be managed by Modular
You can then send messages to all your users at any time via the Broadcast function
The user can start Modular functions by pressing the buttons set in the welcome post
If the user writes to the bot you can reply manually or automatically via automatic replies
This integration can only be used if you use a private channel (without a username).
Let's see how to configure the settings of the two bots:
Let's create our custom Telegram bot and connect it to Modular
We then configure the custom bot using the various Modular modules (Shop, Menu, FeedBack, etc.)
Let's add Channel Help and the custom bot we just created to the channel
We connect the custom bot to Channel Help
We then activate and configure the captcha
Lastly we create the welcome post to welcome channel subscribers
In the welcome post we can insert buttons that will start Modular functions when pressed.
To do this we must use the same syntax that we used in the Modular configuration.
Example:
Discover the catalog - shop
Our socials - menu:socialsIn this way we have configured a button for the Shop that allows users to browse our catalog and another button to open a Menu containing our social networks.
