💎 Shop Credits

To ensure that your users can purchase products in your store you must purchase Shop Credits.
A certain amount of credits you purchase corresponds to a maximum amount of money that can be spent in total in your shop among all your users.

Example:

After purchasing 500 Credits your Total Purchasable will be equal to $100. If in your shop you have a product on sale for $1 that product can be purchased among all your users a maximum of 100 times, since your Total Purchasable is $100.

Before your credits drop to 0, you will need to buy new ones so that you always have a sufficient Total Purchasable, otherwise your users will no longer be able to make purchases in the bot.

How to buy Credits

To buy credits, open your bot's settings, go to “Shop module” section and select the button to manage Shop credits.

So let's see how to purchase credits from the Modular webapp:

First we select the currency we use in our store:

We then enter the number of Credits to purchase (minimum 100):

We can see that the system automatically calculates our Purchasable Total (200€) as soon as we enter 1000 Credits.

Notify me when I have these credits left

After entering the credits to purchase, the system suggests the amount of credits remaining after which the bot will warn us:

In this case, when we have half of the Credits left, the bot will send us a message to warn us to top them up. However, we can change this amount to our liking by entering a different value.

Finally, it is also possible to see how much it will cost us to purchase the Credits when we insert them:

In this case, in fact, we will spend 275 STARS which is equivalent to approximately $5.5/5.1 € to purchase 550 Credits.

Check remaining Credits

You can check your Total Purchasable and your Credits at any time in the Module Shop menu in your bot settings:
