This filter allows you to block a user who sends too many messages in a short time.
This filter is active in all bots even without a subscription, but you need at least the 🔴BASIC plan to customize its settings.
Configure this filter by setting the number of messages via the "📑 Messages" button and the time in which the number of messages sent must not exceed the set number via "🕑 Time".
Messages is the number of messages sent by the user
Time is the time in seconds in which the user sends this number of messages
You can configure the settings for both "new users" and "other users".
New Users | Other Users |

Here is an example:
New users should be blocked when sending 5 messages in 4 seconds
Other users, on the other hand, should only be blocked when 10 messages are sent in 4 seconds
