With the Feedback Module you can receive and reply to user messages with the addition of filters, templates and more.
When a user contacts the bot and topic mode is active, the following things happen:
The user receives a confirmation message that their message has been successfully sent, which will be deleted after a few seconds.
A new topic with the user's name is created in the admin forum, creating a sort of 1-to-1 chat with the user.
A message is also sent to the UNREAD CHATS topic, which contains the user's information.
All this happen to make sure you're aware of the incoming request and respond as quick as possible. And don't worry, the bot is designed to make it all easy and intuitive.
