Admins of your bot are users with rights to manage your bot. An example of a use case would be if you want your colleague to answer user questions or manage settings.
To promote a user to bot admin, you (the bot owner) can use /admin replying to a user message. To remove a user you can use /unandmin.
You can also add or remove admins via the settings. To do this, go to โUser Managementโ -> โBot administratorsโ settings and follow the instructions when clicking on Add administrator.
If you have added an administrator, you can view their profile using the number button on the left or remove them by clicking on the ๐๏ธ trash can icon:
In topic mode, all topics are accessible to all members of the group and they can reply to messages and ban users. Bot administrators will therefore only have the function of managing the bot's settings.

If a user writes to the bot when topic mode is deactivated, all bot admins receive the user's message. If an admin replies, this is also displayed accordingly:
