⭐️ Subscribe to Channel Help
To subscribe, press the "⭐️ Subscribe" button in @chelpbot.
After reading which plans are best suited to your channels, press Buy Subscription:
Select the most suitable subscription level for each of your channels and press confirm:
At the end of the payment, each channel will immediately have the benefits of the selected level.
The renewal of your subscription is not automatic: you will receive a notice near the renewal date with instructions for renewing it.
The dollar price shown on the payment site may not be accurate if you are using the Telegram app downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Play.
⬆️ Upgrade of subscription plan
If you want to upgrade your subscription plan, just go to the subscription section of the bot and press on "Manage subscription":
Click on "Manage subscription" and choose the new channel plan you want to update:
Finally, after pressing confirm, you can proceed with the payment of an amount based on the previous plan and the new one and on how much time has passed since your last payment.
For example: if you just purchased PLUS for a channel and upgrade the same channel to PREMIUM, you will have to pay 375-150 = 225 ⭐️.
The expiration date of the subscription for any new channels will be aligned with that of the channels already purchased.
⬇️ Dowgrade of Subscription plan
The procedure for changing your subscription plan to a lower one is identical to that shown above.
The important difference is that if you downgrade your subscription plan the change will not be immediate, but will occur at the end of the already paid period.
❌ Cancel subscription
By canceling your subscription via the bot button, paid features will be immediately deactivated.
Remember: the renewal of your subscription is not automatic, so you have no advantage in canceling it, except in rare cases.
