To use this feature you must have the 🟠 PLUS plan or higher.
Do you need to send messages in which the content changes but not the outline elements and you are forced to add them every time for each message? Would you like to improve the graphics of your messages without losing the convenience of sending them directly to the channel chat? Auto-complete is the feature you are looking for.
With the Auto-complete feature you can set which elements you want to be added every time you send a message in the channel. From that moment on, just send the messages directly in the channel chat and Channel Help will automatically modify the message by adding the previously set elements!
Before:

After:

To use this feature in a channel, you first need to create an addition set, which is a collection of elements that will be automatically added to the message sent in the channel.
Next, press Create Set and send the name of the set you want to create.
Then, go back to the main menu to verify that the set has been created successfully.
It is possible to create multiple Auto-complete sets to enrich channel messages differently based on the context. For example, we can have one set that enhances standard channel messages and another that enriches advertising messages.
To define the additions for a set, press the button with the set's name and proceed with Customization of Additions.
To set activation conditions for one set over another, press the Filters button next to the set's name.
Once we press the button with the name of the set we want to customize, we arrive at the customization menu for the additions:

Auto-complete menu
First of all it is necessary to activate the feature by pressing the first available button.
Subsequently, for each addition it is possible to press the corresponding button and send what we have decided to set.
Available additions are:
Signature: text that will be added to the end of the message.
Header: text that will be added at the beginning of the message.
Buttons: buttons that will be added under the message.
Attach media: photos, videos or GIFs that will be attached at the end of the message.
Separator sticker: sticker that will be sent after the message.
Reactions: special buttons used to receive feedback from channel subscribers.
If you send an album (a set of photos/videos) to the channel, the auto-add function will only be able to add the signature and not the buttons.
Let's see for example how to set the buttons and reactions for each message:

Buttons menu
After pressing the "Buttons" button we arrive in the menu where the bot asks for the buttons to be set. We send the buttons to be set and confirm the changes.

Now that the bot has informed us that the addition has been changed we can go back and verify that the operation was successful. As you can see, a green check has now appeared to the left of the buttons.

By pressing the "View" button it will also be possible to view the buttons we have just added.
For the reactions, on the other hand, you must first activate them:

You can then customize them by pressing the left button and sending the reactions we want to set by separating them with a space (maximum six).

With filters, we can define the activation conditions for the set, the cases in which a manually sent message in the channel should be enriched with the set's additions.
If you do not configure any filters for a set, it will always be activated for every message sent in the channel.
So, if you need Auto-complete to always be active, you can skip this section.
You can configure four activation filters:
Trigger Words
Block Words
Media Filter
Trigger Command
This filter allows you to specify certain words that will activate the set.
If the message sent in the channel contains one or more of these words, the additions from the set will be applied to the message.
For example, let's add the word "hi" to the list of trigger words.
We have now configured the Trigger Words filter by adding the word "hi".
From now on, if we send a message in the channel that contains the added word, the set will be activated for that message. Otherwise, it will not activate, leaving the message as it is.
Example:
First message (Additions will be applied ✅):
Hi everyone and welcome to the channel!
Second message (Additions will NOT be applied ❌):
Welcome to the channel!

This filter allows you to add specific words that prevent the set from being activated.
If the message sent in the channel contains one or more of these words, the additions from the set WILL NOT be applied.
For example, if we don’t want the set’s additions to be applied to travel-related messages, we can add the word "travel" to the Ignore Words list:
We have now configured the Block Words filter by adding the word "travel".
From now on, if we send a message in the channel that contains the added word, the set WILL NOT be activated for that message. Otherwise, it will be activated, applying the additions to the message.
Example:
First message (Additions will be applied ✅):
Welcome to the channel!
Second message (Additions will NOT be applied ❌):
For this travel, I will take you to discover…

With this filter, you can choose which types of messages the addition set should be applied to.
Initially, all options are active, so the set will be applied to every possible type of message.
If, instead, we want the set's additions to apply to all messages except those containing a photo, it’s enough to simply deactivate the corresponding setting.
Since you have the ability to create multiple addition sets, for example, you can create one set specifically for text messages (by disabling all other types), and another set for multimedia messages (by disabling text messages).
Additions will never be applied to media message types not listed in this menu (such as polls, payments, etc.).
With this option, you can decide whether to apply a set's additions to a message while you're sending it in the channel.
To do this, you'll need to add a special word at the beginning of the message—the trigger command. This command will disappear once the message is sent, and the additions from the set will be applied to that message.
Let’s see how to do it:
Once inside the menu, activate the filter by pressing the button:
In this menu, we can see the name of the set we created—in this case, Test.
As long as this filter is active, the additions from the set will only be applied if the first word of the message is exactly "Test".
Example:
First message (Additions will be applied ✅):
Test Hello everyone and welcome to the channel!
Second message (Additions will NOT be applied ❌):
Hello everyone and welcome to the channel!
From the additions menu, you can access the Settings menu:
In addition to the button to delete the set, you can configure two extra features:
Deletion Timer
Word Replacement
With this feature, you can decide how long after posting a message should be automatically deleted from the channel.
The post will be deleted only if it matches the conditions set in the Filters.
Let’s suppose you want to send promotional messages that should be automatically deleted from the channel after one hour.
In that case, simply set the timer to 1 hour by pressing the appropriate button:
From now on, every message identified by this set will be automatically deleted one hour after being sent in the channel.
To use this feature, you need the 🟣 PREMIUM plan or higher.
With this feature, you can configure specific words to be replaced by a phrase of your choice within messages identified by this set.
For example, we can set it so that every time we send a message in the channel, the special word "hello" is replaced with a more complete greeting phrase.
Let’s add the word "hello":
Then, send the phrase that contains a more complete greeting to our subscribers:
From now on, whenever we send a message related to this set, the word "hello" will be replaced by the chosen phrase.
For example, if you write in the channel:
hello
Today, I would like to talk to you about…
The post will become:
Hello everyone and welcome to a new update post!
Today, I would like to talk to you about…
You can also use this feature to automatically replace certain "standard" emojis with specific "premium" emojis, so you don’t have to search for them every time.
