We can choose to forward messages sent manually in the main channel to forwarding groups.
Let's see how to add a group:
First, you need to be an administrator or the owner of the group in question.
Next, itโs essential to add Channel Help or a custom bot as an administrator in the group.
Once these two steps are done, simply copy the link of a message from the group and send it to the bot:
The group has been successfully added; from now on, every message sent manually in the channel will be automatically forwarded to this group by Channel Help or a custom bot.
To improve the experience of forwarding messages from the main channel to your selected groups, you can add a custom bot that will send the messages instead of Channel Help.
To do this, go to Settings โ Custom bot โ Set up custom bot:
Then follow the steps provided by the bot to complete the setup:
To be able to select the custom bot, it must be added as an administrator in all the forwarding groups that have been added.
Exclusively for forwarding to secondary channels, we can choose whether or not to copy a message from the main channel.
If the Copy option is set to YES, the main channel will not be quoted in the message. Otherwise, the message will be sent with a quote of the main channel.
You can use the Auto-complete feature to forward a message to other chats after enhancing it with buttons, a signature, and more.
To do this, first set up and configure the Auto-complete feature in the main channel.
Next, go to Settings and set the Auto-complete feature to YES:
This way, a message sent manually in the main channel will be modified by Auto-complete and then sent, so that it will arrive in the secondary groups and channels enriched with the previously configured additions.
If instead we want the message to be modified only in the main channel and not in the secondary groups/channels, set the Auto-complete option to NO:
Reaction and comment buttons will not be forwarded.
With filters, we can decide under which conditions a message sent manually in the channel should be forwarded to the other added chats.
If no filter is configured, every message from the main channel will be forwarded.
So, if you need every message to be forwarded, you can skip this section.
You can configure three activation filters:
Trigger words
Block words
Media filter
With this filter, you can add specific words that determine when forwarding is activated.
If a message sent in the channel contains one or more of these words, it will be forwarded to the added chats.
For example: add the word โhiโ to the list of trigger words.
We have now configured the Trigger Words filter by adding the word โhi.โ
From now on, any message sent in the channel that contains the added word will be forwarded to the other chats.
For example:
First message (the message will be forwarded โ ):
Hi everyone and welcome to the channel
Second message (the message will NOT be forwarded โ):
Welcome to the channel

With this filter, you can add specific words that determine when forwarding should be blocked.
If a message sent in the channel contains one or more of these words, it will NOT be forwarded to the secondary chats.
For example: letโs say we donโt want messages related to travel to be forwarded to the secondary chats.
We can add the word โtravelโ to the list of block words.
We have now configured the Block Words filter by adding the word โtravel.โ
From now on, any message sent in the channel that contains the added word will NOT be forwarded to the other chats.
For example:
First message (the message will be forwarded โ ):
Welcome to the channel!
Second message (the message will NOT be forwarded โ):
On this travel, Iโll take you to discoverโฆ

With this filter, you can choose which types of messages will be forwarded to the other chats.
Initially, all types are active, so forwarding will occur for every possible type of message.
If, instead, we want forwarding to occur for all messages except those containing a photo, simply disable the corresponding setting.
