If you had purchased the ModularBot BASIC plan for €10/year by a card and you decide to upgrade your subscription, you will automatically have a free month with the services of the new plan selected.
You will also be entitled to an additional free period based on the unused time of your BASIC subscription and based on which plan you decide to switch to.
EXAMPLE
If on January 1st you purchased the BASIC for €10 and on June 1st you upgrade to the PLUS plan (€1.99/month), you have not used the €5 of the BASIC subscription and therefore these will be saved as virtual “credit”.
Until July 1st the new subscription will be completely free, after which we will start deducting your money, not from the card, but from the virtual “credit” you had left (i.e. the €5 left over), so you will have another 2 months free and a €1 discount on the next renewal.
If you upgrade to a higher plan and then later return to the BASIC plan, the cost of the BASIC plan will be the new one (€0.99/month).
